Weighted Blankets Available for C4 Members to Try

Thanks to the Sheffield family, the community center has two 15-pound weighted blankets with covers. Members are welcome to check one out and give it a try before purchasing their own.

Weighted blankets help some individuals with anxiety and regulating sensory overwhelm.
